Returns Policy

AutoShack allows returns on items purchased online or in-store within 45 days from the date of shipment (for online purchases) or 45 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases), provided the items have not been installed or modified.

Online Returns:

  1. Log in to your AutoShack account.

  2. Go to your Purchase History and select the order you wish to return.

  3. On the right-hand side, follow the return options provided to start the return process.

In-Store Returns:

  • For items purchased in-store, please return the item along with your receipt to any AutoShack retail location within 45 days of purchase.

Important:

  • Do not ship products to AutoShack without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be declined and discarded.

  • Customers who return items without a Return Authorization Number and AutoShack’s approval are not eligible for credit card or PayPal chargeback claims.

  • AutoShack reserves the right to refuse refunds on any unauthorized or improperly returned items.

Returned Product Condition

Any product that has been altered, installed, damaged, marked, or painted is not eligible for return or refund. Only parts that can be resold as new will be accepted for return & refund.

  • Before installation, please match and confirm the parts ordered are correct.

Important:

  • As part of our restocking process, any item marked as damaged will be scrapped immediately after inspection.

  • AutoShack will not return any damaged parts to customers.

  • By purchasing through AutoShack, you agree to this policy.

Refund Payment Method

For the security and safety of our customers, AutoShack will only issue refunds to the original payment method used when placing the order. No exceptions.

Online Purchases:

  • If your order was placed through Amazon or eBay, refunds will be processed through those platforms.

  • For orders placed directly through AutoShack’s website or Customer Service Department, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

In-Store Purchases:

  • For items purchased in-store, refunds will also be issued to the original purchaser & payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Instead of Warranty

Refunds for purchased items in place of a warranty replacement are not allowed. Items are eligible for a warranty replacement only. A refund will only be provided if a replacement part is unavailable or out of stock.

Return Shipping Cost

For online purchases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility if the incorrect vehicle part was purchased due to not checking the fitment chart or providing incorrect vehicle information.

  • Unless otherwise stated by AutoShack, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Pair & Bundle Listings

Pairs and bundles sold by AutoShack must be returned as a complete bundle. Partial returns of pairs or bundles are not allowed.

Why?

  • Product Pairs and Product Bundles offer customers a better price when items are purchased together rather than individually.

  • Therefore, individual components from a bundle that are no longer needed are not eligible for return.

  • Only the complete bundle can be returned for a refund.

Brake Rotors and Shocks

Brake rotors and shocks sold at AutoShack come as two items in one box and must be returned together.

  • Partial returns of one brake rotor or one shock will not be accepted.

  • For a return to be processed, both items in the package must be returned.

Additional Costs

AutoShack does not refund any labor costs associated with the installation of products purchased through our website or in-store.

Furthermore, AutoShack is not liable for:

  • Towing costs

  • Rental car fees

  • Any other additional expenses under any circumstances

Cancellation of Sale

You can cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. To cancel an order:

  1. Visit the Order Cancellation link.

  2. Enter your order number, email address, and the reason for cancellation.

You can also cancel your order via your AutoShack account:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to your Purchase History and find the order you want to cancel.

  3. Click the “Cancel Order” button on the right-hand side of the order.

Please be aware that orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
