6-Month Manufacturer Warranty

IMPORTANT: By using your AutoShack product, you agree to the terms of the AutoShack Warranty as outlined below:

• Do not use your product until you have read and agreed to the terms of the warranty agreement.

• If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the product and return it within the return period stated in AutoShack's return policy.

AutoShack warrants to the original purchaser that all parts and accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Details:

• All parts sold by AutoShack are brand new and functional.

• If a part is defective within 6 months of purchase, AutoShack will provide a one-time replacement part at its discretion.

• Refunds will ONLY be issued if a replacement part is out of stock.

• Bundle Purchases: Items purchased as part of a bundle will be warrantied as needed, but AutoShack will not replace the entire bundle if only one item requires replacement.

• Replacement parts are warranted for 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Improper Use: AutoShack is not liable for damages arising from failure to use the product properly.

• Non-AutoShack Purchases: This warranty does not cover items purchased from other sources.

• Labor & Costs: AutoShack does not reimburse labor, mileage, or any costs related to installation.

• Incorrect Installation: Warranty does not cover parts installed incorrectly.

• Incorrect Application: Warranty does not cover parts installed for incorrect vehicle application.

Furthermore, AutoShack is not liable for:

• Towing costs

• Rental car fees

• Any other additional expenses under any circumstances

Claims Process:

• Warranty claims require authentication such as mechanic diagnosis, photos, or videos. Do not dispose of parts until instructed.

• Documentation: Failure to provide necessary documentation may void the warranty claim and future warranty eligibility.

• All claims must include a picture of the part and part stamp if available.

• AutoShack may require you to return the part for inspection before processing the warranty.

• Once approved, AutoShack will provide a one-time replacement part.

The AutoShack Extended Warranty provides long-term coverage and can be purchased during checkout. Please be aware that the warranty is not available for all products.

Warranty Coverage:

• AutoShack’s Extended Warranty covers a one-time replacement for defective or worn-out products.

• The warranty is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is valid only for the original vehicle owner, provided ownership has not changed since installation.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not apply to products that:

• Have been altered, modified, or lowered

• Suffer damage from neglect, abuse, or accidents

• Were misused, installed improperly, or contaminated with dirt or other substances

• Are installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes

• Were used in applications not recommended in AutoShack’s catalogue

• The warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application.

Furthermore, AutoShack is not liable for:

• Towing costs

• Rental car fees

• Any other additional expenses under any circumstances

Warranty replacement items under either the 6-Month Manufacturer Warranty or the AutoShack Extended Warranty are shipped with standard shipping at no additional cost.

• If you prefer to have your warranty replacement shipped via Express Shipping, you can pay a nominal fee to upgrade your shipping.

• The express shipping cost will be provided during the warranty replacement process.

If a product eligible for warranty replacement is out of stock and cannot be replaced, AutoShack will follow these guidelines:

Warranty within 6 months of purchase:

• A full refund of the purchase price, including taxes, will be processed.

• If you purchased an AutoShack Extended Warranty, the warranty cost and applicable taxes will also be refunded.

Warranty outside of 6 months of purchase:

• Only the AutoShack Extended Warranty amount and applicable taxes on the warranty will be refunded.

At AutoShack, Struts, Complete Struts, and Hub Bearings are available for purchase individually or as pairs.

Important warranty information:

• These items are not eligible for the AutoShack Extended Warranty unless they are purchased as pairs.

• Items purchased individually are only covered by AutoShack’s standard 6-month warranty.

For the best coverage, we advise purchasing these items in pairs.
