- We are a cashless retailer. We accept debit, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and digital payments.
- All products are retrieved by staff at the counter. Customers do not access inventory directly.
- We do not perform installations or mechanical diagnostics. For repairs, consult a licensed shop.
- AutoShack and Rona+ operate separate checkout systems. Purchases must be completed at the AutoShack counter.
- Only paid orders are held for pickup. Use BOPIS or phone ordering to guarantee availability before you visit.
- Amazon and eBay orders cannot be returned in store. Marketplace orders must be handled through the platform where they were purchased.
